Sleep in Comfort: The spacious guest bedroom features a queen and a double bed, while the luxurious master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a spa-like master bathroom. The cozy living room offers a double pull-out sofa, perfect for extra guests. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for every stay. Each bedroom has its own private balcony overlooking lush greenery and swaying palm trees—your personal tropical escape!

Resort-Style Convenience: If you book with us after 2/15/26, you will receive one complimentary parking pass that gains you unlimited access to resort amenities (excluding golf). Need extra parking? You can secure two more parking spaces right in front of the unit prior to your arrival. If those are needed, we will send you the website for your vehicle registration which is $30 for the 2nd vehicle and $50 for the third. Relax knowing this is a safe, gated resort with 24/7 security.

Entertainment for All: Unwind after a day at the beach with a 65” Smart TV in the living room—perfect for movie nights, streaming, or cheering on your favorite team. Each bedroom also has its own Smart TV, so everyone can enjoy their downtime.

House Rules: This is a no-smoking condo and, due to HOA rules, no pets are allowed. All guests must be 25 years or older to book.
