The place and room were as cute as in the pictures. Bed and sheets are very comfortable. A wonderful view of the river where it meets the ocean; the tide comes in and goes very far out. Walk to grocery, shops and many restaurants. Beautiful cliffs to walk around with amazing views. Would definitely stay again.

The host or caretaker of the property was quick to respond when we ran out of Keurig coffee pods to enjoy some coffee in the morning. She also was extremely helpful in asking if we needed anything else. Super helpful and respectful.

The property appears to have been newly remodeled, and it wasn’t a cheap remodel. It was very well done. The original wood plank flooring was gorgeous. Will definitely return again. The view of the bay and the ocean in the distance was also beautiful.

I couldn’t be happier. Even when I thought I had a problem, I called and Felicia responded immediately and came over and fixed the problem. It had me happy again in no time. She literally couldn’t have been better.

The rooms were small but lovely &. clean. I appreciated the cotton linens and sofa, over synthetics. And enjoyed spending time on the porch overlooking the ocean. Thanks so much for the handheld showerhead!!There are just a couple things that would have improved my experience. The addition of a trash bin in the food prep area is needed, as there is just one small bin in the bath. And the mattress is very uncomfortable. Both nights of my stay I woke at 3:30 and was unable to get comfortable or fall back asleep from the muscular pain.

My husband and I had a terrific anniversary trip and this was such a perfect town to stay in and also the place was excellent. Close and walking distance to everything in Yachatas. The views of the ocean were awesome. The room was very clean, roomy for both of us, had everything we would of needed for our stay. The deck and chairs outside made it nice to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the waves. The weather was a bit cloudy so only wished we could of enjoyed some beautiful sunsets on our stay. Highly recommend this place!
