Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable king bed with four king pillows and a plush duvet. Includes a TV for streaming with your own Netflix account.

Small Bedroom: Equipped with a single bunk bed, complete with fresh pillows, duvets, and linens.

Living Room: Offers a pull-out sofa bed, Roku Smart TV, and Rogers Wi-Fi for reliable connectivity.

Dining Area: Seats up to six guests comfortably, perfect for family meals or game nights.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, etc.), cookware, and utensils. Includes a large refrigerator, great for storing BBQ ingredients and beverages.

Bathrooms:
• Full bathroom with shower and toilet
• Half bathroom with bathtub and toilet (Note: the shower in the half bath is currently out of order)

Guests can enter the cottage through the main door using a convenient keypad entry. To access the back patio with the hot tub and BBQ grill, simply walk around the left side of the house or use the backyard door from inside.

Free parking is available directly in front of the cottage.

Please note: The swimming pool is off-limits for guest use, but you’re welcome to relax or stand on the pool deck area.

For any life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 immediately, then contact me as soon as possible.

Please note: We kindly ask all guests to take their trash with them upon checkout, including any leftover food in the refrigerator. A small cleaning fee may be charged if this is not done.

Late checkouts without prior approval may also incur an additional fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
We kindly ask that all guests respect the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

**Camp/Cooking Fires**

• Small campfires are permitted, subject to restrictions from the Ministry of Natural Resources or local authorities, especially during dry seasons.

• Only burn clean materials. Please do not burn plastic, tin cans, glass, or any non-combustible or harmful items.

• Always fully extinguish your fire with plenty of water before going to bed or leaving the area.

• Guests must bring their own firewood. Firewood is available for purchase at the Esso station located 5 minutes away ($10 per bag).

**Guests and Noise**

• This is a No Party Cottage. Additional guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the owner.

• Unauthorized guests or disturbances may result in additional charges.

• Please keep noise to a minimum. Complaints from neighbors may result in penalties or additional fees.

**Smoking**

• No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, balconies, decks, or within 9 meters of the home. A $150 fine will be charged for any violations.

**Fireworks**

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited out of respect for the neighbors and surrounding nature.

**Garbage and Clean-Up**

• Guests are expected to take all garbage with them upon checkout.

• A $50 additional fee may be applied if trash is left behind.

**Pool, Hot Tub, and River Use**

• Guests have access to the swimming pool, hot tub, and nearby river, along with provided equipment such as life jackets, canoes, and other recreational items.

• Use of these amenities is at your own risk.

• The host assumes no responsibility or liability for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the pool, hot tub, or river.

• Please use these amenities safely and responsibly.

• Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool, hot tub, or riverfront area.

**Pet Guidelines**

• We love hosting your furry friends! But to keep our property clean and enjoyable for all guests (and wildlife), please pick up after your pets immediately — including in the yard, driveway, and any nearby trails!
