We loved staying at Mt. Adams 6. The house was perfect for our family of 4 - very cozy and comfortable area downstairs, the bedrooms were great, and the location (near the North Store and walking path) was very convenient. The hot tub was something we all enjoyed after a long, cold walk in the snow!

This property offers the best value in Sunriver. For the price, the house and included amenities are unmatched. Just as importantly, the customer service is outstanding. The property management team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. And if anything does go wrong, you can rest easy knowing they'll take care of it promptly.

Very comfortable!

My daughter and I came to Bend for a Lacrosse tournament. We decided to not stay in a hotel and have a little place of our own. We were very happy with the house and amenities. The hot tub was great after a long say of sports! The drive to bend is only 15 to 20 minutes and being able to cook for ourselves was fun! There is a market just a few minutes away. Great location!

Will not stay here again

As other reviewers have said, the beds are very hard and the frames are loose and shakey/squeaky. the most comfortable bed is in the living room/kitchen area. All three bedrooms share one bathroom upstairs, the 2nd tiny bathroom is in the laundry room. The vent fan in the main bathroom sounds like a helicopter - replace it. Good things include an excellent hot tub - really great. The living room is comfortable. The kitchen worked as expected. The garage has 4 bikes and plenty of firewood. The laundry machines were good and detergent was supplied The bad: As my wife took a shower on our 2nd night (of 4) the glass shower door exploded, spraying bits of glass everywhere. She had cuts all over her arms and legs -- fortunately, they were shallow, but they did bleed. Ultimately it was traumatizing but she is OK. I called the management company's emergency number (around 9pm) and was told by the person that answered that he would let someone know when they came to work the next morning. Meanwhile the main bathroom was unusable as it was covered in broken glass and bloody towels. The next morning, no one called to check on us. Via a text exchange, we were told someone would come over to clean it up and install a shower curtain. I sent pictures and pleaded that this was a serious problem. The cleaning lady showed up around noon with a broom and garbage bag (no shop vac), totally unprepared for what she would face. She ended up filling 3 garbage bags. Finally, a maintenance guy showed up with a shower curtain and intended to drop it off for us to install, but my wife convinced him he should be the one to install it. The bathroom was unusable for about 18 hours. All-in-all it was a stressful and traumatic experience but the management company seemed to treat it like a minor inconvenience for us.

Nice Place.

Nice house, but a little far from the village. Beds definitely need some attention (very hard) it would be nice to have a King bed in one of the rooms. Overall nice little place.

A GREAT Thanksgiving stay

Thank you for sharing your home - we had a wonderful stay! The house is spotless and neat, and very well-equipped. We really appreciated the fireplace and the hot tub. My teen decided to sleep in the living room reading nook and he was very comfy. Check in and check out were super easy. House is just as described - some things a little dated but really, who cares? You're in paradise!

Not what we expected

It was dark, the carpet was dirty and there were random rugs throughout that did not help with the esthetics. We contacted Cascara and they put us in another unit.

Great home/ location But Beds Uncomfortable

The home was as pictured and very nice. Great location too. ONE BIG ISSUE to be aware of: The two queen mattresses are in my opinion very inexpensive and firm to the point of feeling like a hard surface with virtually no give. The owners tried to address by put putting a 1 inch piece of foam under sheets but for us the beds were quite uncomfortable to the point of impacting our ability to get a restful night. Other than the bed issue, its a 5 star property in all respects; we however would not rebook unless the bed situation is addressed.

Peaceful retreat

Clean and well-maintained. Great location near the north store but in a quiet neighborhood off the main road. I was here for over a week and I can attest to a previous reviewer that the master bed needs to be updated. Other than that - everything else was great. I also agree with a previous review that the hot tub and fenced back deck are very nice and peaceful. We used the two adult cruisers and brought bikes for our kids. We had two minor maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of during our stay and they were handled promptly and cheerfully - one was even after hours and it was not a problem. I would stay here again!

Loved the hot tub

Great home that is in need of some updating. Bed in the master was not comfortable. For price I would expect a nicer more comfortable bed. The hot tub was newer and worked great. Would stay here again if they replaced the bed.
