House Rules & Penalties
Late Check-out Fee: ฿1,000 per hour after 11:00 AM

No Smoking Indoors: Violation incurs a ฿5,000 fine

Noise Policy: No loud noise outside after 10:00 PM; indoor noise is allowed overnight

No Illegal Substances: Drugs and prohibited items are strictly forbidden

Swimwear Required: Guests must wear proper swimwear when using the pool

Pet Pool Policy: Pets are not allowed in the pool; violation incurs a ฿2,000 fine

Pet waste fines: ฿1,000 per spot if not cleaned

Kitchen Clean-up: Guests must wash all used dishes and dispose of trash before check-out

Optional cleaning service available at ฿500 per stay

Security Deposit: ฿5,000 cash collected at check-in, refunded same day and same method after staff inspection.

Damage Responsibility: Any damage to property must be compensated according to the itemized fine list, plus service fees if applicable

Maximum occupancy: 18 guests. Additional beds available upon request at 500 THB per bed, per night, payable in cash upon arrival.
