House Rules & Important Notes
Mandatory Registration
Hungarian law requires all guests to provide personal details for the Tourism Agency. A simple form will be provided for easy submission before or upon arrival.

Building & Access
The apartment is on the first floor (stairs only).
Not accessible for guests with mobility issues.
Remove shoes inside, especially on carpets.
Use the coat rack and shoe storage near the fridge.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in the hallway.
Violation may result in a €200 penalty.
Use the ashtray outside near the main door.

Maintenance & Care
Keep wooden kitchen surfaces dry.
Use trivets for hot pots.
Be gentle with curtains.
Avoid spilling liquids on floors.

Water Heating
For groups of 4+, a short pause between consecutive showers helps the water reheat.
