Rooms were very clean, comfortable seating and beds. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Really cool that the TV would let me use my subscriptions and then delete the info upon day of checkout. Easy wifi sign in is always great. Towels were very soft too. Go Bills!!

We were pleased with our stay. Was nice they provided a high chair and pack-n-play as we traveled with our grandson. House was very clean and had lots of extra amenities like extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. There was a little mixup with arrival instructions but the owner responded quickly to messages. We also got a snow storm and he even came to shovel us out! Gotta love Buffalo weather!

Glad you enjoyed your stay Jerri, was a pleasure to meet you guys! As for the check in mixup, the check in details were in a separate details description of the property I think you guys might have overlooked, so I went ahead and just texted the instructions.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

North Tonawanda is one of the most peaceful and convenient spots in Western New York. I chose this neighborhood because it sits right between Buffalo and Niagara Falls, making it an ideal location for both sightseeing and everyday necessities.

It’s quiet, safe, and family-friendly, but still close to everything restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, Canal Fest, the waterfront, and highway access. The neighborhood has a relaxed vibe that makes it easy for guests to unwind after a full day of exploring.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This home offers a rare combination of comfort, privacy, and outdoor space. The fenced-in backyard feels like a little oasis, complete with a pergola patio for outdoor dining and a seasonal pool for relaxing in the warmer months. Inside, the home is bright, clean, and designed to be simple and stress-free—perfect for both short and extended stays.

Guests also appreciate the all-inclusive approach: clear communication, honest pricing, and easy check-in. It’s a cozy, family-friendly spot that gives you the best of North Tonawanda while feeling like your own private retreat.
