The open floor plan is spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. The home requires the navigation of stairs. There are a fair amount of stairs as well to access the beach.
The community complex is gated and secure with lush landscaping. This is a non-smoking home and complex. The rental includes 2 assigned parking spaces. This home has all the amenities and comforts of home: a large TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom, high-speed wireless internet, and a charming beach cottage feel. We are conveniently located near the pickle ball / tennis courts, pool and spa.
