Welcome to the Cali Surfer Lounge, a charming 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome located in the Seascape Sur complex. With a bonus room and easy access to the pool and hot tub, this cozy retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation and adventure by the beach.

Home Highlights:
- 2 Comfortable Bedrooms + Bonus Room – Primary Bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath for ultimate relaxation. Guest Bedroom with cozy Queen bed and plenty of space to unwind. Bonus Room, with 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed, and a trundle, plus ample space for play. There is also a guest bath and a half-bath powder room for added convenience.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, .
- Private balcony – enjoy the ocean breeze on your private balcony.
- Resort-Style Amenities – Lounge by the pool, play a game of tennis or unwind at the hot tub after a fun day in the sun. With lush landscaping surrounding the complex, you’ll feel like you're in a serene coastal oasis, yet close to local attractions, dining, and shopping.
- Secured designated parking – There are two dedicated parking spaces assigned to your unit.

Wonderful!!!

Such a great time. The home was very clean and the views of the ocean were absolutely gorgeous. The beach wasn’t too crowded and we had the best time.

Great place!

Amazing location, beautiful place, well equipped kitchen. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Very responsive property manager. If you don’t like steps, this is not the place for you. Lots of steps to the beach but well worth it. The beach is not crowded and beautiful. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Great location and beach access. There are a lot of steps to get anywhere, especially to the beach, but it wasn’t a problem for our family. Liked the ability to walk to restaurants.

The condo was great, easy access to the beach. We were there to go to the races at Del Mar, the location worked out great as the track bus was only a block from the condo. The parking was a great plus although we walked almost everywhere with the restaurants right down the street

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay here! Communication from the owner was excellent, we felt very taken care of. The photos very accurately represent the property. This place had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable stay. The condo complex is very quiet and we felt safe. Little extras I appreciated was the laundry soap, nice shampoo and conditioner that were provided, and plenty of towels and blankets ! Thanks for being a great host Brenda!

The condo itself was great, comfortably furnished and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is a bit sparse, but it's very roomy and convenient for cooking. Loved this spot, and hope to come back again in summer!

Beautiful location, excellent condo

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights and had a very wonderful time. The condo is just as described with excellent access to the beach (via long staircase) and a nice stash of beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, etc). The condo itself was very clean and had a starter of coffee and basic cooking ingredients like salt and oil and such. We had a very great time and would definitely look to book this unit again. Thanks for everything!!

Loved Solana Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in Solana Beach. The condo was very clean, and we appreciated the updated, beach decor and vibe. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows, sheets and blankets. There were plenty of new towels in each of the bathrooms along with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there is a nice grill available, however it didn’t seem to get as hot as we would have liked. The washer and dryer worked well. The property grounds are nice and well maintained. To be clear, there are a lot of steps on the property, and you get a good workout going to the beach. We loved the beach as it’s not very crowded and just what we were looking for, and the chairs and umbrella were appreciated. Many things are within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and a good brewery. Try to catch the farmers market on Sunday morning. Overall a great stay, and we’ll miss Solana Beach.

So cute!

We loved this rental and will for sure be back! The only complaint we had was the master bathroom shower gets a little slick so I’d recommend families with smaller kids bring a bath mat or use the other shower. My little guy slipped but wasn’t hurt! It’s close to the beach and made for such an easy trek down with kids.

Fresh and bright

A great property

Loved our stay, the condo was very clean and I loved the decor. 2 bedrooms downstairs and bunk beds upstairs which my kids loved! Close to so many beaches and restaurants. I had few questions and Brenda was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Sunny and Refreshing getaway

My family came down from Alaska for spring break in March for some much needed sunshine. We booked this condo for the amenities we were looking for: beach access, pool/hot tub, space for us and kids to spread out. Never having been to this beach before, we were enormously surprised by all of it… incredible views from high up on the beach bluff, cleanliness and cheerfulness of the condo itself, quiet and well kept condo property, well stocked kitchen/beach gear/towels/laundry detergent/extra blankets, safety/keys/locked garage. Our kids were thrilled with the bunk room and the various extra board/card games offered. It was an easy location to get to more activity south in the city or up north a bit for shopping or The Flower Fields/LegoLand. Note:there are a lot of stairs going down to the beach, and on the property in general. This didn’t bother us at all, as we are active people but may need to be considered by some. We will be back for sure!

Great Holiday Stay/Excellent Condo in Solana Beach

We had a wonderful 5 day Thanksgiving weekend in this condo, making a full Thanksgiving dinner and hosting our family of 5 comfortably for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed. We followed the host’s suggestions and shopped at the Cardiff Seaside Market. A very fun experience! And this specialty market also had many holiday meal stables prepared by their kitchen which saved us from making our own gravy, etc. This is an extremely comfortable condo. It’s bigger than it appears in the photos with two very large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bunk bed sleeping alcove is on the top floor with the living room and the other two bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level with the laundry and entrance. There is a great patio with a view towards town and it is within walking distance of shops and the beach. Most importantly of all, the beds are excellent. This matters to older folks like us. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi. (There are many stairs both outside and inside the condo, so this should taken into consideration for anyone with mobility issues.) We would love to stay here again.

Superb Solana Beach accommodation

We loved our stay at Cali Surfer Lounge, our hosts were generous and welcoming, making checkin and access seamless. The apartment position is great for dining out and making the most of beautiful Solana Beach. Thankyou so much for a fabulous Californian experience

Fantastic Beach Rental

Miss it already! Exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious. Absolutely everything you need for a beach vacation. A very short walk (on property) to the beach. Shopping and food close by. If I had to ding for one thing (and this is so minor I shouldn’t even mention it) I wish the drapes in the rooms were lined. They were a bit sheer. No big deal but that’s the only thing I can even think to mention. Great place! Great hosts.
