The house was not clean. Somebody had urinated in one of the beds and it was still wet and smelled. Hair in the bathtubs, bathroom rugs and on the bathroom floor.There was a used wet washcloth in one of the showers.

House was in great shape! Host was very cordial. We always usually leave a home in better shape than we find it. What we really liked was the minimal requirements to prep the home upon departure. The host only had us gather towels, dispose of any trash, and ensure we've taken our personal belongings. We'll certainly do this again!

When we arrived at the property, there were already guests staying in the house. I contacted the host, and fortunately, he responded quickly and provided check-in information for a neighboring property instead.The home itself was nice, and the host was helpful throughout the situation. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bedding in the master bedroom did not appear to be very clean, and the bed was not particularly comfortable. Additionally, the furnishings could use an upgrade, as the bedding, rugs, and towels in both houses we stayed in did not seem fresh or well-maintained.Overall, while we appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the general quality of the home, cleanliness and comfort need attention.

Although I don't completely agree with your rating. However, we are not ignoring the fact that there's always a large room for improving and we are continously improving day by day in all standards. Nonetheless, our previous guests have been putting us in a 5 🌟 rating. Moreover, we are listed in Airbnb super host continously counting.
