this two bedroom one bath home is located next-door to Northtown Place. Feel free to request both units if you'd like a four bedroom three bath home with the privacy of separate living and dining areas great for crews who are in town for work or large family or two families coming in for a baseball tournament units are fully equipped with kitchens linens and outdoor dining facilities located on a corner with easy access to loop 250 and all that the city provides. Home Renovation Stay

My husband and I stayed for almost 3 weeks at this duplex while our house was being renovated. There were lots of thoughtful touches such as well stocked bathroom and kitchen. The location was good and the fenced in area was nice for our dogs. When we needed to extend our stay, the property manager was very helpful in accommodating us so we did not have to move into another rental.

Dog Oasis

We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties, but only a few while traveling with our dogs. It doesn’t get much better than this. Fenced yard — AMEN! After 9 hours on the road, it was such a relief to all of us to get to relax in the back and enjoy a lovely evening. Lovely townhome. Clean, beautifully laid out. We could comfortably live here. Very grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay, our host,and everything about it!! Very clean, quiet neighborhood and always a great experience with Mr.Palma. I recommend it to anyone looking to stay there.

Great Stay!

This property was great for our family! The check in process was smooth, the home was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet as well. All of the communication with the property manager was quick and thorough. We will keep this property in mind for our next Midland trip!

Everything was ok except for a few things: tub would not drain; bedroom 2 bed was very noisy-squeaking and creeping; comforter had dog hair on it; no extra blankets or wash clothes; no WiFi password. Host responded very quickly when the AC stopped running. Overall nice BNB and we enjoyed our stay to visit family.
