This villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. We were a group of 21, spanning all ages, and it suited us wonderfully. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, as were the kitchen and living areas, which made catering for such a large group easy and enjoyable. The pool was fantastic and provided hours of fun and relaxation.Carlos and Margarida were outstanding hosts—friendly, attentive, and incredibly communicative both before and throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. The villa is set in a peaceful area, yet just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the marina, with its shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—thank you so much, Carlos and Margarida, for making our holiday so special!

Grote vakantiewoning nabij Marina

Met familie weekend in dit huis verbleven. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Incheck was het ontsluiten van de deur (had wat uitgebreider gemogen) Bij uitcheck was niemand aanwezig zodat we de deur open hebben gelaten omdat we een vliegtuig moesten halen en niet langer konden wachten. Maar verder heeft het huis aan alle verwachtingen voldaan. Met name het feit dat elke slaapkamer een eigen badkamer heeft is een grote plus.

Family holiday

We took 10 of our grandchildren and their parents. They loved the space, games room and of course the pool. The marina was close enough for even the youngest to walk easily. Loved it and the warmer sunshine. Thanks

Golf Villa 4*

9 Bedroom villa ideal for large family/golf group etc. All the bedrooms are large with en-suites. Loads of hot water. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. A/C unit in each room. Loads of outside seating space and sunbeds. Ideal for BBQ it's about a 20 minute walk to the Marina. Issues- all the showers are hand held, with no clip to hold them on the wall- makes showering bit cumbersome Pool- is not heated- it's 100 euros per day to heat, which is bit excessive? we didn't bother- did swim couple of days, but then discovered it wasn't being filtered on filled up properly, and no chemicals added, so stopped using as possible health hazard. That definitely needs sorting as it is advertised as being with a pool. Overall a very good place to stay- just those couple of glitches mentioned

Lovely villa

We had a big group of adults and 1 baby and we had everything we needed even with a cot bed. We arrived early while it was still being cleaned and Margarida came to meet us to drop our bags and ensure there was everything needed for our stay. She is a brilliant host making sure everything is good and even got us some beers and let us stay late as our flights home got cancelled. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back and stay again.

Boys Holiday

Rented the villa for 15 friends, was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived. Great place and perfect location. Would easy go back. Owners easy to communicate with and the caretaker Carlos also very polite and helpful.

Great villa for a big group

we had 20 adults and one infant, all had a fabulous time as the villa catered for all of our needs (great pool, infant pool, all rooms en suite, commercial kitchen with loads of fridge space)

Absolutely brilliant holiday!

Loved every second of our stay! Everything that you needed was available in the villa. The pool was great, really quiet area too! Very close to Vilamoura where we went out one of the nights. Great time all over! Would highly recommend booking. Carlos was a great help throughout and helped whenever I contacted. Thanks Carlos!

Our Golfing Stay

Very impressed with this property. ideal for a party of 14 golfers out for a long weekend in the Algarve. The marina was a five taxi ride of 20 minutes if walking. we used the outdoor patio all weekend and the BBQ was perfect. Clean, quiet neighbourhood, excellent pool and facilities. We will happily use again.

Girls weekend celebrating an upcoming wedding

13 ladies in our 30’s & 40’s were looking for a traditional villa in a private location, with enough bathrooms for everyone, a communal outside dining area and relaxing pool & terrace... this property didn’t disappoint! It was simply perfect the pictures didn’t actually do it justice it’s even nicer in real life. Every bedroom was en-suite the kitchen had everything we needed the inside & outside dining areas were superb. Great location, 30 minutes from Faro Airport, 10 minute walk to the local spar supermarket & 10 minute taxi ride to the Marina. For a group of ladies with high expectations, this villa exceeded those expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property. We had an amazing stay & would love to return. Carlos was so helpful and looked after all our requirements with patience and a smile. We had 13 in our party but can most definitely hold more, fantastic value for money & wonderful stay had by us all in all, couldn’t have asked for anymore.

Ideal for a large family holiday

The villa location is perfect, a 25 min walk to Vilamora harbour (otherwise a 4€ taxi ride). A Spar is a 10 min walk down the road. The villa was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. When we arrived three rooms had faulty air con units, but these were quickly replaced, albeit having the engineers on site for a whole day. The electric oven does not work, so we used the gas one. It was disappointing that we were not notified of these beforehand. The property manager was very quick to respond to any issues we had and solved most of them. The pool was heated and was cleaned during our stay, the small pool was ideal for the small children. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing Villa

We enjoyed our stay here so much.... The villa had everything we needed, it’s a ideal location from Vilamoura and shops..... if I could I would give it a 10/10. One of the party left some clothes in the villa which I’m hoping can be returned.

Amazing villa, everything we needed was there. Amazing pool and outdoor space

Had the best long weekend for a friends birthday. Great outdoor space, pool, villa, bathrooms, kitchen. Very clean and just perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. Carlos was great in communicating before we arrive and Theresa was amazing once we arrived. Close to the beach (20 minute walk) and town, 30 minutes from the airport. Just fantastic. We will be back!
