Heat: Do not set the thermostat above 78°F. Overheating can cause system damage and will result in a fine if caused by misuse.

🚭 Smoking

Strictly no smoking or vaping (including marijuana, dab, or hookah) anywhere on the property—inside or outside.

Any evidence or odor of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation.

🤫 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Please respect our neighbors and avoid loud music, gatherings, or any disturbances.

Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine, involvement of Airbnb support, and cancellation without refund.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee and may result in immediate termination of your stay.

⏰ Early Check-In

One hour early check-in may be allowed free of charge if the property is ready.

Requests must be made in advance—your door code will not work before 3:00 PM unless confirmed.

Early check-in beyond one hour is $50 per hour, if available.

🕓 Late Check-Out

Late check-outs over 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $50/hour fee.
