The chateau features 5 ensuite bedrooms including a bunk room, soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fireplaces throughout. Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due bu when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Please consider this before making your reservation.
