3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a LARGE living & dining area also has a PRIVATE community fishing pier accessible to our guests 24 hours a day.

Our property is located a just minutes from the Beach & Bay.

Upon your arrival you will find your beautiful home decorated with Coastal decor that enhances the home's large layout making this custom designed comfortable for up to 12 to 14 guests.

Our property accommodates up to 14 guests (8 Adults) but we do require approval before bookings over 12 guests, or 6 adults. Please send a message if you do want to book for over 6 adults or 12 guests.

2 of the 3 bedrooms BOTH have King beds.

Wi-Fi enabled property, Smart TV in the Living Room & all bedrooms. Charcoal BBQ pitt. Free parking for 4 Mid-sized vehicles, possibly 5 in the driveway of the home. No community parking pass or fees required.

1 pet Free! 2 approved dogs, under 35 pounds! 2nd Pet $100 plus 15% required hotel tax. Pets must be approved before bookings.

Community Pool access right across the street. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day ONLY. Guest pay per day.
