Our building is a fully rehabbed historic 1883 storefront, now home to a renowned artist and their gallery on the first floor. Above this artistic haven is your "loft space," conveniently located near wineries, Amtrak, and offering stunning views of the Missouri River.
You'll adore this Downtown Washington location for its charming walkable shops, vibrant bars, and diverse restaurants housed in historic buildings. The loft is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike. Please note, there are NO ELEVATORS. Access to the unit is via the front side door, leading up a flight of steps to the open-concept loft with soaring ceilings and an open floor plan overlooking the Missouri River. The unit features a queen bed, TV, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, a work deck, dining table, and private bathroom with shower. Enjoy Bryan Hayes artwork featured throughout the loft space.

We live in St Louis and love the idea of having a property close to all the area wineries. We wanted the property to feel upscale with nice finishes, but it required a complete renovation that took over a year to complete. We like the historic feel of the outside but want modern and clean on the inside. We hope you will enjoy it too.
