I’m a Digital Manager living in Rome, a city I’ve called home for the past 25 years and one I’m still deeply in love with. Originally from Montepulciano in Tuscany—a heritage I proudly carry with me—I studied at the University of Siena and have built both my life and my family here. I’ve been married for 23 years and have a son… also 23!

I speak Italian and English, and I love good food, good wine, and above all sharing both in great company. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me riding my beloved Ducati Hypermotard 950, my true obsession. Bikers—brothers and sisters—you are absolutely welcome here!

My dream destination has always been the Dolomites, I love music (my high-school anthem was Paradise City by Guns N’ Roses), and whenever possible I escape to the sea on my motorcycle.

I chose this neighborhood because Monteverde represents the perfect balance between authentic Roman life and easy access to the city’s major attractions. My apartment is located right in front of Piazza San Giovanni di Dio, the lively heart of the area, where a traditional open-air market opens every morning at sunrise. It’s a place where locals shop, talk, and live their daily life—an atmosphere that always makes me feel at home.

Within minutes you can walk to Villa Doria Pamphilj, Rome’s largest and most beautiful park, ideal for running, relaxing, or simply escaping into nature. Heading in the opposite direction, you reach the Gianicolo Hill, offering one of the most breathtaking views of the city and the traditional noon-time cannon shot every Sunday.

Monteverde is also extremely well connected: the tram line 8 stops right in front of the building and takes you directly to Trastevere, Porta Portese, and Piazza Venezia, just a short walk from the Colosseum. Trastevere Station is only a few minutes away and offers a direct link to Fiumicino Airport.

What I love most about this neighborhood is its genuine Roman character. It’s vibrant but never chaotic, full of local shops, cafés, and restaurants where you can enjoy real Roman food among real Romans. If you’re looking for a neighborhood that feels authentic, safe, green, and incredibly convenient, Monteverde is truly the perfect choice.

What makes my property unique is the combination of location, comfort, and atmosphere. The apartment is bright, quiet, fully renovated, and located on a high floor overlooking a beautiful neighborhood square. Guests appreciate the peacefulness of the space, the cleanliness, and the welcoming feel of a home that is carefully maintained.

The layout is ideal for couples or small groups: a spacious, sunlit living room with a comfortable corner sofa that converts into a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with induction stove and oven, a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a cozy bedroom with a one-and-a-half–size bed. Two large windows fill the living area with natural light and offer a view of the daily market—a touch of Roman life right outside your window.

Connectivity is another strength: the tram 8 stops directly in front of the building and connects you easily to Trastevere, Porta Portese, Piazza Venezia, and the historical center. Trastevere Station—your gateway to Fiumicino Airport—is just minutes away. Villa Pamphilj and the Gianicolo are also within walking distance, offering nature and panoramic views just steps from the apartment.

Finally, the building itself is special: a small, friendly condominium with only 12 units, where neighbors know each other and greet one another—something rare in a capital city. Many guests tell me they immediately feel comfortable thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and my personal approach to hosting.
