Soak up in the Roman style of this light apartment in late 1800 building only few hundred meters away from Via Veneto, street made famous by Federico Fellini’s La Dolce Vita. Located in the best area of Rome, an upper-class business and residential area surrounded by the nicest hotels restaurants as well as embassies. Very convenient from Roma Termini (10 m. walk away), and to all local attractions within walking distance such as Trevi, Villa Borghese and Colosseum.

This room has a private terrace, private kitchen and shared bathroom.

Great spot, beautiful neighbourhood short walk from Termini station, perfect for our 3 night stay in Rome. Easy access (15-45 minutes walking) to many fantastic Roman attractions, great restaurants. Room and small kitchen great, terrace lovely to relax on. Bathroom shared with other guests as advertised. Host helpful and quick to reply, and even provided local recommendations.

Great place for a stay in Roma

Great location, in a calm neighborhood. The room is comfortable. Very good communication with the host who gave us a lot of good Roman cuisine adresses.

The terrasse was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Very basic cutlery. Only a buck lighter for the gas stove. Description of the studio was precise about shared bathroom and air conditioning.

Apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Communication before check in could have been quicker. I didn’t get check in instructions until half hour before. Not very convienent to major attractions unless you are willing to take public transit.

While it was partly my fault, I didn’t realize that this is a shared accommodation with a shared bathroom for all guests. Be advised. Also, it was not a convenient place. There were lamps in the room, but only a few electrical outlets. Mostly one used electricity through power strips, which seemed unsafe. The free outlet in the kitchen was falling out of the wall, so we were reluctant to use the microwave or electric kettle. The host was also difficult to reach for check in information. I have stayed in many excellent VRBO properties, but this was a disappointment.

The room and location were excellent — spacious, comfortable, and well located near sites and transit. However, our stay was ruined by three major problems: 1. Unacceptable Check-In: we were standing on the street & the host refused to provide entry instructions until we send copies of our passports via an insecure method (WhatsApp). This step was not mentioned in the listing. The delay and security risk were extremely stressful, as the property is unstaffed. 2. Hidden Fees & Booking Confusion: We were charged an additional cleaning fee that was not itemized in the total price from Expedia. This fee confusion arose because the property is a Vrbo listing booked via Expedia. Both platforms punted responsibility, forcing us to pay. Lack of price transparency was a major issue. 3. Misleading Shared Accommodation: The listing is highly misleading. This is not a private home, but a shared apartment with four separate rental rooms. We had a private kitchen, but the single bathroom was shared among all guests. The communal bathroom was sometimes unclean (hair/food residue) and required constant mopping due to a tiny shower stall, which guests are expected to clean. We cannot recommend this property. The poor check-in, hidden fee, and misleading description of the shared unit mean it failed basic expectations. Future guests must be ready for booking discrepancies and shared living conditions if booking via Expedia (may be different if booking directly via Vrbo).

Everything was perfect. The host was really understandable when because I had to arrive a day after due to a delayed flight.The apartment was clean and in a súper accesible area from a metro station. If I ever come back I will book with him again
