最近改装された、120平方メートルの石造りの納屋は、質の高い2ベッドルームのGiteに変換されました。
設備の整ったキッチン - 5バーナーのガスコンロ、電気オーブン、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、洗濯機、コーヒーメーカー、逆浸透水フィルターを含む（ボトル入り飲料水を購入する必要はありません！）
キングサイズの大きなベッドルームとワードローブと引き出し付きのダブルベッドルーム。 イタリアンシャワーのバスルーム、42インチのテレビがある80㎡のラウンジ/ダイニングルーム（アマゾンの火棒（英語の映画）、Netflix、DVDプレーヤーを含む）。
南向きの10 x 6 mの囲まれたプール - 完全にプライベートで広いテラスが見渡せません。 屋外テーブルチェア、サンラウンジャーが含まれています。
ベッドリネンとタオルはすべて、滞在終了時の清掃と一緒に含まれています。
5エーカー、鶏、ガチョウ、そしてそれぞれの地域に囲まれたさまざまな小動物の中で、家族の家がある小さな家の中にあります。 新鮮な卵、ぶどうの木、滞在時間に応じたフルーツの選択。

We had a wonderful and peaceful two weeks at this delightful house. Our host, Sally, made us very welcome, as did her menagerie of chickens, geese and sheep. The gite is very well-equipped and spacious with plentry of comforts. Outside there is a large terrace and a very nice large pool, much bigger than average.The property is set amongst tranquil countryside and is perfect for walking and cycling. Shops, bars and cafes are only a few kilometres away.A perfect stay in every way.

Fabulous gite and host

What a wonderful gite this is. Very spacious inside and very clean. The pool is incredibly private. The host left us a wonderful welcome gift of fresh eggs and veg from her garden and provided more during the week. Communication was excellent. We used the bikes to explore the local plateau area and visited several bastide towns - Pujols, Penne d'Aginais, Monpazier, Monflanquin, Casseneuil. We even drove that little bit further to La Roque Gageac one day too. Monbazillac Castle was great to visit on our way from Bergerac airport. We found a wonderful beach area on the Lot to swim in at Castelmoron sur Lot. We enjoyed having bbqs outdoors at the gite and getting to know the various animals that are on the owners land. I can highly recommend this gite. Loved it. We will be back.

Maison très agréable. Malgré la chaleur, la pièce principale reste agréable. L'équipement est suffisant. L'hôtesse est très accueillante. Elle nous fournie en légume frais. Quelques animaux (qui restent à leur place) rendent le séjour original. Bonne adresse à conseiller.

Vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Le gite est spacieux et bien équipé, et nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine avec les grosses chaleurs de cet été. Nous remercions Sally, la propriétaire, pour nous avoir fait profiter de son potager et des oeufs de ses poules. De plus, malgré la proximité de sa maison, nous avons apprécié sa discrétion. Location à recommander.

Séjour en famille à Dolmayrac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est très agréable à vivre avec un grand séjour, une cuisine bien équipée, des chambres spacieuses avec des grands lits confortables. La piscine est tres bien avec une grande terrasse et une belle plancha barbecue. La compagnie des animaux est super : cochons, oies, moutons, lapin, poules, etc… les enfants profitent également d’un trampoline et d’une balancoire. Sally, la propriétaire des lieux, est très gentille et disponible. Merci pour votre chaleureux accueil. Nous reviendrons !

Havre de paix

Grange très bien rénovée et spacieuse. Cuisine très bien aménagée avec tout l’équipement pour concocter des petits plats avec en plus des produits frais du potager que Sally nous offre généreusement. La terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables. Pour les enfants le trampoline, la balançoire et les animaux de chez Sally sont une aubaine. Seul petit bémol, la literie de la chambre principale est assez mole, nous préférons les matelas bien ferme. Les marchés gourmands des environs permettent de passer des soirées conviviales avec de bon plats copieux. Si nous revenons dans la région nous retournerons chez Sally sans hésiter.

Beautiful gite in a fabulous setting with a very welcoming host. The house and pool were fabulous and we enjoyed the welcome pack of home grown fruit and veg. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Sally was fabulous and always on hand to help with anything you needed. Our daughter loved all the animals and really enjoyed Sally introducing her to the new born chicks that hatched whilst we were there. Had such a lovely week we were very sorry to leave.

Formidable! A refaire !

Notre semaine au gîte de la fermette a été géniale! Tous les éléments étaient réunis pour que nous passions un agréable séjour et Sally ne neglige aucun détail. Le gîte est douillet et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien. La piscine a fait l'unanimité. Nos garçons ont adoré voir et nourrir les animaux. La région est super. Pour courroner le tout nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo exceptionnelle. A refaire!

Juste parfait...!!!

Quel bon moment, tout était PARFAIT. La gentillesse, l'accueil et la discrétion de Sally, les légumes et les fruits du jardin, le lieu, le logement, la propreté, la piscine, absolument tout jusqu'au jet de douche et aux draps de lits. Nous n'avons même pas été importuné pas les moustiques ou autres guêpes :-) C'est vraiment génial. L'endroit est hyper calme mais avec plein de chose à faire et à voir à seulement quelques km. Le logement est grand, beau et propre, tout ce dont on a besoin y est présent. La literie est agréable, le jardin est fermé, la piscine est grande et propre. Même les animaux sont au top sans être à aucun moment dérangeant. C'est sans doute la meilleure location que nous ayons faite et nous espérons pouvoir y retourner. MERCI Sally.

Séjour parfait chez Sally

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans le gîte privatif chez Sally. Maison impeccable donnant sur une térasse privative et au calme avec une trés belle piscine. Les enfants ont adoré se promener dans le jardin chez Sally pour saluer Dixie et Bacon, les 2 cochons, voir les poules, les oies, faire du trampoline... Un grand merci à Sally pour sa gentillesse et son sourire, les oeufs frais et les légumes du jardin. Un séjour parfait pour toute la famille !!!!

Une merveille !

Tout est conforme à l'annonce et nous n'avons pas été déçus une seule seconde. La maison est charmante et bien aménagée avec tout le confort. La terrasse et la piscine sont idéales pour se reposer ainsi que le jardin habité par les animaux de la ferme (dans leur enclos pour certains :-)) Sally, notre hôte est très sympathique respectant l'intimité de ces convives. Accueil avec des produits du jardin, fruits ou légumes. Notre fils de 5 ans et demi a bien apprécié les jeux extérieurs en plus de la piscine et être entouré d'animaux et de verdure. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons à 200% Et pourquoi pas y retourner nous aussi

Magnifique gîte avec piscine

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans le gîte fermette de madame Tamburro. Un bel espace intérieur super équipé et décoré, sans parler de l’extérieur avec une grande piscine, des transats et une belle table avec parasol pour dîner tranquillement. Les enfants sont aux anges ici! Ils peuvent aller donner des manger aux cochons et Mme les a invités à aller chercher les œufs des poules. Un petit coin de paradis pour les familles qui cherchent calme et repos au bord de la piscine 😊

We relocated as a family (with the dog, a hen, a rabbit and fish!) in May 2016 - looking for a more self sufficient lifestyle. We moved to the Hamlet of Dolmayrac and began our dream. We have renovated the barn for the past year , whilst working hard on the land, re-building of the well and increasing our animals! We can safely say we now have a small holding with various breeds of chickens, cockerels, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks, geese, quail and 1 vietnamese pot bellied pigs called Dixie!
We have a very organic lifestyle, are vegetarian and working hard to be more and more self sufficient over the years. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are available for all guests.

The property has lots of space, potential, land, beautiful trees and charm. It is in a quiet hamlet but not too secluded as it is only 2 kms away from the nearest village having a supermarket, 3 bakeries, bank, launderette, school, market and various shops. It is a haven for children being very safe (we also have electric gates on the front and a long driveway before arriving at the small road). The children can camp out in the summer on the land as there is plenty of space for everyone.
The main property has been renovated previously but kept its beautiful french charm with its blue window shutters, original windows and log burners.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Surrounded by fields and valleys so ideal for walkers with many colour coded walks to take starting from 90mins to full day out walks. Bikes are available to wonder around the quiet lanes (2 kms to a takeaway pizza /cafe/bar in Dolmayrac) quiet, peaceful, amongst the carrying on of a small holding - ideal if you are an animal lover or would like to introduce your children to this way of life and collect your fresh eggs in the morning from the hens! The pool area is completely safe with a pool alarm, hedgerows which back on to our field and locked gates either side so that no one can get in or wonder off. The pool also has two entrances into the main living area of the Gite or if you go through one of the gates, you are in the walnut grove/trampoline area - or the other gate leads to the door into the kingsize bedrooms.
The curtains all have blackout liners and electric blankets for the winter aswell as underfloor heating - maintaining the heat at a constant temperature.
The kitchen has a reverse osmosis water filter - so no need to buy bottled water whilst you are here and a Nespresso coffee machine! There are daily markets around the area and 2 particularly good organic markets a week with plenty of seasonal fresh produce.
The land is ripe with various fruit trees: cherry, apple, pear, peach, fig aswell as grapes, walnuts and almonds.
