The host did not communicate effectively. When I got to the building at around 7:00 pm. I could enter the apartment because the hosted never provided me with check-in information. The only message I received from him early that day was that my unit was changed to another unit. I sent him several messages, he did not return my text. A phone number to contact him was not provided to me. At the end my wife was very tired we could not stay any longer waiting in front of the unit without check in information, we had to book a room at a near by hotel. When I finally received a message from the host, he told me he did not have proper phone connection where he was while at least 24 hours prior to arrival he was supposed to provide me with all the check in formation. Because of his failure, that trip ended up costing me a lot more money than expected. He refused to issue me a refund, not even offering me a partial refund. This host is terrible in customer service. Stay away from him.
