The home is set on 4.4 acres for your enjoyment, fully fenced perimeter, and solar powered entry gate.

THE PROPERTY: Studio style suite, with 1 queen Murphy bed, two seat bistro table, 3 bar stools and bar top. The kitchen features a small refrigerator, a sink, microwave, coffee maker, dinnerware, cups, and utensils.
The bathroom is a small single stall shower and a single sink vanity.

Step outside to your own separate fenced patio with a bistro table, dart board, and privacy curtain.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY: Entrance to the Nest is around the left side of the garage and down the stairs. You will have your own parking in front of the single car garage or on the gravel outside of the detached garage.
We will provide you a code for keypad access to the studio.
Please note that there is a door in the unit that goes to the main house, but this is secured with a deadbolt.
