Did not have a microwave at the house. Been to a lot of VRB and they all had one and seemed limited on some dishware stuff. Not saying to go overboard but to provide a few more pots then what you had especially if hosting a family of 5.

The good: our dog enjoyed the backyard. The bad: On check in, we found a dirty towel in the primary bathroom. We also found the house did not have salt, pepper or oil, which we have found to be standard in the dozens of VRBOs we’ve previously stayed in. We were told at check-in that the microwave was broken but a new one had been ordered. The following morning, we discovered the K-cup coffee maker was broken. We contacted the host who said she would bring buy a new microwave and coffee maker that day. I followed up that evening since I hadn’t heard. While we were downstairs watching TV that night, we heard someone in the house upstairs. Scared of an intruder, we cautiously went upstairs to find a new microwave and mini drip coffee maker (still in their boxes) had been set inside the house. I then received an email from the host that she had delivered the items. An unannounced entry in the evening was frightening. Because she brought a drip coffee maker and the house had K cups, we then had to buy coffee and filters for it.We were very disappointed in this stay.
