We loved the location of the house. It’s close to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs, and Bear Creek Park. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed family meals and playing board games at the large dining table and we had fun playing pool. When needs arose Austin was a very responsive host.

The house was perfect for our families. We were comfortable in the welcoming space and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location for Colorado Springs sights was perfect too. Very easy to communicate with the home owner as well.

Colorado vacation

The properity was amazing. We had more than ample room for the entire family. I loved how comfortable all the rooms were. It was big but cozy. I would love to stay here again.

Spacious accommodations in a convenient location

The property has all the essentials for a great stay in Colorado Springs. We especially the well tuned piano and the steam shower in the master suite was a nice surprise as well.

The listing is accurate. The place is very spacious and clean. We had 9 people including young children and we had plenty of space to spread out. Nice sized kitchen with a large dining area. The location is residential but easy access to interstate and attractions. The driveway is STEEP when it snows. There is not much of a yard since it's on a hill for young kids to be outside. Very close to zoo and Broadmoor.
