Heater didnt work after we woke up and instead of trying to resolve the issue was immediately met send a video of it broken. Then after exchanging messages for alomost 2 hours and asking for a refund was finally moved to another cabin. Very poorly handled by the host luckily saved it with new cabin. Also could not use the shower it just leaked so much the floor was just a puddle. Also without a 4x4 vehicle this property would not be accessible, luckily we did but that should be mentioned ahead of time.

The cabin is adorable and very well maintained. The hot tub worked great which has been hit or miss at other cabins. The only complaint we have is the mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. We actually used the hot tub in the mornings to help alleviate the back pain from the mattress. Beyond that the place is great.
