▪️This property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests total, including adults, children, and infants. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation.

▪️We’d like to set your expectations that the (hot tub) temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.

▪️We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

✔️️️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
✔️ Pets are welcome — small dogs under 20 lbs with a $75 fee per pet. There is no limit on the number of pets as long as the fee is paid. All pets must be registered and reported to the host, be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages caused.
