Pets are allowed and must be pre-approves by owner: $200 pet fee each pet, per pet pet stay. I.e.: 2 pets = $400. All guests are required to complete a booking confirmation form and sign a rental agreement upon placing the reservation. Terms and conditions in the rental agreement shall supersede everything in the listing unless agreed upon otherwise.
