We want your experience to be as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Please take a moment to review a few quick notes about the property and our services:
🧼 Pool Service
Our pool is professionally serviced every Wednesday morning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. You may notice our technician working outside during this time — no need for concern, they’re just keeping the pool sparkling clean for you!
🌿 Landscaping
Our landscaping team visits once a week, usually on Wednesday or Thursday mornings, to keep the grounds beautiful and tidy.
🗑️ Garbage Collection
The City of Miami collects garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning.
Three bins are located on the side of the house.
On collection days, please place any used bins at the front of the driveway the night before or early morning.
After pickup, kindly return them behind the gate by the side of the house.
Your help with this is greatly appreciated!
🎉 Parties & Noise Policy
We kindly ask that you do not host parties, receptions, or events. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and local ordinances require that no loud music or noise be played after 10 PM.
Violation of this rule may result in additional fees or termination of your reservation.

🚗 Parking
There’s ample parking available in the driveway. Please avoid parking on the street to ensure smooth traffic flow and neighborhood harmony.
🐾 Pets
We love pets! If you’d like to bring yours along, just let us know when booking.
A $50 pet cleaning fee applies.
🏊 Pool Safety
Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.
For everyone’s safety:
Enjoy the pool responsibly.
No diving.
No glass in or near the pool area.
The property owners are not liable for any pool-related accidents or injuries.
🐜 Bugs & Critters
Florida’s tropical climate means occasional visits from small critters are possible — even with our routine pest control.
To help minimize this, please keep doors and windows closed whenever possible.
