We chose this property based on the advertised amenities, but unfortunately, the listing contained multiple significant misrepresentations and safety issues. Future guests should be aware of the following before booking: Listing Inaccuracies & AmenitiesParking: Advertised as “on-site parking,” but it is street parking only (an unmarked, unsigned empty lot). Street cleaning restricts parking on Mondays (1–3 PM). Additionally, active road work blocked multiple spaces, making parking highly difficult and forcing us to use the unmonitored lot at our own risk.Beds: Listed as two queen-size beds, but the property actually has two double-size beds.Washer/Dryer: Advertised as "in-unit," but the machines are located in a shared hallway outside by the main entrance. They are neither private nor inside the rental unit.WiFi: The Verizon WiFi service was completely suspended during our stay, forcing us to source alternative internet access the following day.🛑 Safety & Structural ConcernsThe bathroom toilet seats are entirely loose and unsecured.The downstairs toilet is not properly anchored to the floor and moves.The kitchen island chairs are dangerously wobbly. Only two of the chairs are safe to use, meaning a group of four cannot sit down together for a meal. Maintenance & Comfort IssuesStove: Only one out of the four burners works. One is completely broken, and the other two fail to ignite.Window Coverings: One bedroom has completely see-through curtains.

Me and 3 ladies booked this property May 29-June 1. Due to a delayed flight, I arrived at the property at 2am. There was an extremely loud party going on in the unit downstairs. There were people all over the hallway, in front of the doors, up the stairs, there is mountains of trash outside. The hallway was filthy and smelled of Marijuana. The beds in the unit are not queens, they are full size, 2 people cannot fit comfortably in them, yet the listing said it sleeps 6. It was so loud, unsafe, and uncomfortable that we left and rented a hotel room in the middle of the night. We requested a full refund, so we could find other accommodations, but were ignored. Contacted VRBO and were told that they would not refund us unless the owner approved, which they did not. With limited options, we returned to the property after checking out the hotel, the floors were crumby and sticky, the half bathroom downstairs still has exposed pipes where the shower or washer and dryer possibly should be, the sink faucet randomly spits water out at you, we had to request wifi info which still didn't work. The patio door screens are ripped or falling off. One patio door, in the bedroom has a missing latch, you can't lock it. The 2nd floor bathroom sink drains slow, the tables look like the leaning tower of Pisa, stains on the ceiling, dents in the refrigerator, a great place to throw a late night party. We were told we would receive 100 refund, that has yet to happen. I have recordings & pics
