Hidden gem and rare find. Enjoy your stay in a place that offers the feel of being at home. Newly decorated with 1 master bedroom, living room with full size sofa/bed, brand new kitchen with new appliances. Walking distance from UPenn, Drexel & Penn Medicine. Close to public transportation, local parks, zoo, event space below, entertainment, shops and dining. Complimentary Wi-fi, TV streaming, coffee/tea, hair dryer and toiletries. Short stay Monthly rentals welcomed. Keyless front door entry
The space
Walking in there is an open floor plan with a nice size living room with a pull out couch bed and storage for clothing under the chaise. The kitchen is is brand new with all new appliances and granite countertop. The bathroom is nice newly updated and spacious back room that sleeps 2 people.
There is an event space on the 1st floor that is being newly constructed with the potential for some noise at times. Expected to be open in May/June 2022.

clean and easy stay

The apartment was nice and clean, looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. The pullout couch was surprisingly comfortable. The venue downstairs could be loud during events but the host kept us updated. The host responded quickly and was very helpful whenever we had questions. Great stay overall!

Great Place for a Short Stay

The place was as described and neat and tidy. There were a few things that were missing such as a complete set of linens for the pullout bed, but overall it was a great stay!

Nice, clean property

Property was as advertised. Clean with nice appliances. Owner was kind and communicative. Would highly recommend, especially for short stay in the city. Good location close to downtown Philadelphia as well as surrounding Universities.

Cozy clean and comfortable

I can't say enough about this property and the host. We stayed due to a family member who was at U Penn Hospital. The host communication was outstanding. Quick response and helpful beyond belief. The property was cozy but beautiful. I had no fear in the neighborhood... Infact the neighbors I did encounter were nothing but nice and friendly. Can't go wrong here.
