Guests can use the whole apartment and its private pool .

We give guests their privacy but we are available via Airbnb messaging if you need anything. Whether it’s restaurant recommendations, directions, or help with the apartment, we respond quickly and we are happy to help.

Cunucu Abao is a quiet, well-located neighborhood just minutes from Eagle Beach. It’s ideal for travelers who want easy access to Aruba’s best beaches, restaurants, and everyday conveniences while enjoying a peaceful home base.

You’ll be within walking distance of Madame Janette, one of Aruba’s most beloved restaurants, known for its garden setting and live music. Just a short drive away is Super Food Plaza, a large grocery store with everything from fresh produce to wine and a great selection of all things needed.

For quick essentials, Cheng’s Supermarket is nearby.

The closest gas station is Sasaki, perfect for guests with rental cars.

The area also offers a taste of local nightlife and entertainment. The Old Dutch Bar is a laid-back spot for drinks and casual bites.

Across from the new Metro Mall Plaza, you’ll find Gloria Cinema and several restaurants — great for a night out or a rainy-day escape.

Whether you`re stocking up for a beach day, grabbing dinner, or catching a movie, everything you need is close by and easy to reach.

Our apartment is in a great central spot, so getting around is easy. Eagle Beach is just a few minutes away by car, and many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are nearby.

We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the island — it gives you flexibility and makes beach-hopping a breeze.

Sasaki gas station is close by for refueling, and there’s a car wash nearby if needed.

Taxis are available as well .

For groceries, Super Food Plaza is just around the corner, and Cheng’s is great for quick stops.
Pool service is twice a week! Pool light is on a timer .
Gardener comes once per month to maintain the garden
Garbage : We do not recycle yet in Aruba so all goes in the big bins outside and they are collected weekly .If you have beer bottles : Balashi and Chill ONLY , please leave them beside the garbage bin as we donate them to the local Dog Shelter .

House Rules:
1. Bottles or glass containers are not allowed by the swimming pool . The wind can easily blow over and break glasses or bottles left unattended by the pool.

2.Please turn off air-conditioning units when not in use (when you are away from the house, or close doors and only use airco in occupied rooms only)

3.If the pool water is below the edge tiles you may add more with the hose but be sure to turn it off once water reaches the middle of the top tiles.

4. No parties or events allowed.

5. Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes are NOT allowed inside the apartment.

6. No garbage cans, supplies or other articles shall be placed on the patios, decks and entryways.

7. Not shall any linens, clothing, rugs or laundry of any kind be shaken or hung from any of the windows, doors, patios or outside furniture.

8. Contents of the Property should not be removed. Likewise, no additions or alterations may be made.

9. It is understood that guests and their guests may use the swimming pool. Each guest shall assume all risk of personal injury or property damage that may result from the use of said pool, and will have to keep the pool area clean.
