Located in South Yarmouth, our Tiny Cottage (450 sq. ft.) is a dream. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and 2 twin beds, guests will feel right at home. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a relaxing bathtub for unwinding after a day of exploring. Whether you're enjoying the AC on a hot day or cozying up with the heating on a chilly night, this amazing property has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. It sleeps 4. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.

** Dog Fee: $20.00 per night, 1 dog maximum** As much as we love cats and other pets, we do not allow them due to severe allergies of our other guests. **Do NOT allow your dog on the furniture.**

** Sheets/Towels are NOT included with this rental, although available for an additional fee of $75.00. **
**We keep our rates low by inviting our guests to bring their own bath towels, beach towels, and bed sheet sets (1- queen, 2 - twin),**

** Please do not use instant booking for more than 7 night stay. Please inquire with the host/owner **

Please leave the cottage the way you found it, clean and neat

Please clean up dog hair inside and outside and do Not allow your dog on the furniture.

Guest who books is expected to stay at the cottage. Do not rent our cottage for someone else if you are not going to stay there as well.

The patio has plenty of seating, a fire pit and Weber gas grill.

Enjoy your evenings sitting in front of the propane fire pit. Our patio overlooks the Crowell marsh with wildlife to enjoy. Listen to the song birds and ducks, watch the squirrels play and rabbits as they come to visit.
