この小さな居心地の良いコテージは、オーシャンビーチから徒歩2分のところにあり、Dennisportの村からは2分の1マイルです。
近くのレストラン＆サンデースクールアイスクリームパーラー。
袋小路の終わりに、このコテージは小さい＆気取らないですが、あなたが必要とするすべてを持っています。

*夏の間（9月の6月の終わりに）私は毎週土曜日から土曜日までに家賃を出します。
あなたのペットは大歓迎です。 一匹のペットのみ。

コージーの終わりのDennisport / Harwich境界にある居心地の良い1BR / 1BTHコテージ。 部分的に囲まれた庭。
ビーチ＆村（1/2マイル）まで歩き、新しい子供公園＆ペットパークまで歩いてください。 有名なサンデースクール（Sundae School）は徒歩数分の距離にあり、かなりのレストランがあります。
自転車道は1マイル未満です。

あなたのペットは、コテージで30ドルと$ 75の追加料金で無料でご利用いただけます。 00を毎週ご利用いただけます。

Victoria's tiny house was big on accommodations! Check in was a breeze, she was extremely communicative, and she even had little dog biscuits for our dog. The neighborhood was friendly and convenient to shops and dining. Highly recommend it!

Victoria was very nice and answered very quick at my questions. The cottage was very little but cozy, nice and has everything you need for a Little vacation. We enjoyed the bicycles. I have a suggestion: put please some curtains that cover the blinds cause they are transparents and we feel a Little bit exposed. Thank you for everything.

This cottage is perfect for one person and a dog or small child. It was very clean and organized well. I loved it and would stay again. Keep in mind, that its very close to other cottages. The area was noisy at times. However, that would not deter me from staying here again. The location is ideal. Everything you want or need is just a stones throw away. Beautiful small cottage.

Tiny House Stay

We found the tiny house to be the perfect size for just the two of us and our dog. All 3 of us had the best time out on the cape.

This cottage was just perfect for my couple of days at the Cape. It had everything I needed and was so comfortable. Just a couple of minutes walk to a park to walk the dog and convenient to West Dennis beach and village.

Great vacation spot!

Place was super cute and very clean, close to the beach and food places. Host was super helpful throughout the whole trip and very easy to reach if needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go visit cape cod!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Pebble Cottage. The central location coupled with the bikes provided were the highlight of our trip! Just be prepared for a TINY home and bathroom. Combo Washer/Dryer machine doesn’t dry clothes thoroughly and the cottage is a bit damp, but very clean!

It definitely is a tiny house, 300 ft.², It's a good opportunity to try it out to see if you like tiny house living. Also, the split units in the bedroom and living room to have a "dry" mode for humidity.

Peace-filled get-away

Enjoyed smaller town experience, yet easy to find other localities to explore. Cottage location at end of cul-de-sac also provided peace & privacy on days we decided to stay in.
