House was nice and large. Might want to put a new stove in . Electric tops are not consistent enough. Warm , then hot then almost nothing. Carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Hot tub cover was so heavy it took 2 people to pick it up. I have a hot tub and covers need to be replaced every 3 to 4 years. Deck railings very loose. Not safe for young kids.

We're glad to hear the house felt nice and spacious for your stay. The stove top is a newer Jenn-Air model, and the glow under the glass does cycle off once it reaches the set temperature, but it remains hot as designed. We've added extra support to the deck railing to secure it, and we've scheduled a carpet cleaning as well. We also want to mention the hot tub has since been replaced with a new one. We appreciate the detailed feedback, as it helps us keep the home comfortable and safe for every guest.

We really enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of parking. Not to mention all the space. The kids enjoyed the SHARC passes. Lots of core memories were created!

Girls weekend

The house was great for what we needed. Clean and well taken care of. Check in was really easy. Plenty of amenities included and spacious enough for our group of 10. We enjoyed staying here and would book again.

Great location, great property! Nice, big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms! The hot tub, bikes, and air hockey table were a hit with everyone! I sure wish we could have stayed another 3 nights!!

Spacious and bright for our family of 8!

We’ve stayed at this home 4 or 5 times over the years with varying numbers of our adult kids/kid-in-laws and grandkids. It’s been perfect for our growing extended family to feel some privacy and separation while still having a “family vacation”. The great room upstairs provides plenty of space and seating for dinners, games, movie nights, and hanging out. The dual decks are delightful- the lower deck stays shaded and quiet, the upper deck gets pretty warm. If I was building my own home, I’d want the plans for this house. It’s designed well for a larger family. Everything is in good condition, and good working order. The home isn’t brand-new, but it isn’t missing any amenities. The air conditioning is very efficient. The big windows and glass slider door let in all that morning sun and the crisp cool desert air in the mornings. The house is about .4 miles from the cardinal landing footbridge over the Deschutes, and 1.5 from the village. The drive to SHARC or the Village is a straight shot down Abbot, so the house has a very convenient location. We’ve been in touch with the owners before when we needed some help, and they responded personally, immediately, and kindly. They were wonderful. We feel more like guests in this house than vacation renters. Thanks for so many great memories we’ve made here!

This is an amazing property! It’s a great place for family get togethers. Very well stocked kitchen. There are 10 bikes in the garage which our family made good use of. Property owner was amazing with almost instant response to requests and questions, thanks John!. We will be excited about the possibility of staying here in 2026.

Golf and family

Perfect place for family. Hot tub was nice, the living room has plenty of space for everyone to hang out and watch TV. The bikes need to be maintained a little better, the brakes didn’t work on the one I had. But overall a perfect place to take your family.

Perfect!

House was extremely comfortable for 10 of us with plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was good to prepare meals in. Parking on the driveway for 3 cars was easy. Hot tub great as were the Sharc passes.

Great house

The house worked good for our group of 12. Only downside would be there are only 10 shark passes. Also I would bring some of your own extra towels. We loved the big kitchen, overall it was great and I would rent again!

Great house

Great location. Bicycles need upgrading. They are very old. Comforters need cleaning. Other than that everything elase was good.

Bikes useable but not great. Pool table not quite what we expected from descriptions on website but not a deal breaker. Overall a good home to rent in a convenient location to most of Sunriver.

Thank you for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. We have now replaced 4 of the cruiser bikes with new mountain bikes. The bikes are not part of the rental but are there for your use.

Great multi-family getaway!

We once again returned to this comfortable home for a wonderful three family getaway. Time was spent riding bikes, playing table games, swimming in the hot tub/SHARC aquatics center, playing basketball, walking in the falling snow, competing in foosball tournaments, reading books snuggled by the fire, enjoying delicious home cooked meals, and many good old-fashioned, relaxing chats among friends. Thank you for providing your lovely home so all this could be possible without extravagant expense. Memories were made that will last a lifetime.

Every year our family gets together for an extended weekend to enjoy different locations. Sunriver never disappoints and this home was perfect. It is spacious enough that we could all be together without being on top of each other. It has a large selection of games ans puzzles thatbwe could enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked with various pots, pans & spices, however since you never know what might be available i would suggest bringing your own. It has an ample amount of pots pans & dishes. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The host, John was very helpful & accommodating. Very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend 25 Yellow Pine.

Great home for two families

We stayed with two families and 4 kids and had lots of room. The tv didn’t work in the bunk room But I contacted the owner at the end of our stay and I’m sure they have fixed it. I wouldn’t rent with three families- wouldn’t have enough space. Thanks!
