The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed and beautiful bathroom with step-in shower, the second bedroom also offers a cozy queen, and the third bedroom includes a trundle bed with two twin mattresses — perfect for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.



Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer for convenience, and a private 2-car garage. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or the golf course. There is also a nice propane grill on the back patio.
