Temperature Settings: The thermostat is set at 70°F and is locked. If you need a different temperature during your stay, please contact us before check-in to confirm if this can be accommodated.

Location: This apartment is located in the northern part of Philadelphia. We work hard to provide a safe and quiet environment, but please be aware we cannot control external factors. We recommend researching the area before booking, as we do not offer refunds based on location.

Parking: Street parking is available, but please note there is no on-site parking.

Laundry: We do not provide laundry detergent during your stay.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) once the initial supply is used.

ID Requirement: We kindly request a valid ID from all individuals booking the accommodation as part of our policy.

Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: A secure smart-lock code will be sent to you prior to arrival for easy check-in.

Pet Policy: There is a $125 pet fee per pet. For a second pet, an additional charge of $125 applies. We require a photo of your pet and their vet records. Dogs are allowed for long-term stays, while cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

Extra Linens: Extra linens are only provided if requested prior to your arrival. We do not provide extra linens for couch.
