Perfect for families or groups, this luxury home features a private pool, boat slip with direct Gulf access, and multiple living areas. Enjoy serene water views just minutes from the pristine beaches of Bonita Springs and Naples. Your pristine Southwest Florida adventure starts here!
Driftwood Villa is designed to give your family or group plenty of room to either gather together or find a quiet moment alone. The entire space feels luxurious, clean, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
* **Living & Entertainment:** Unwind in one of two spacious living rooms, each featuring a large flat-screen TV perfect for movie nights. For a bit of friendly competition, head to the game room for a round on the full-size ping pong table.
* **Kitchen & Dining:** The fully equipped newly renovated gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a Smeg drip or Keurig coffee makers. Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table or dine al fresco on the spacious, screened-in lanai.
* **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** Four private bedrooms await, each furnished with luxury king or queen mattresses and premium linens for a restful night's sleep. The newly renovated modern bathrooms feature walk-in showers and are stocked with hotel-quality towels and a complimentary starter set of toiletries. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available, and a Pack 'n Play/travel crib, and highchair is provided for our youngest guests.
* **Outdoor Oasis & Water Access:** Step outside to your private, sparkling pool (with option to heat, see details below) and relaxing patio area. As a waterfront property, you have a private boat slip offering quick and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico. The screened-in lanai provides a peaceful spot to enjoy serene water views, day or night.
* **Work & Beach-Going:** If you need to work remotely, a dedicated private office provides a comfortable and quiet space. When you're ready for the beach, we have you covered. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels, a cart, and a cooler for your trips to the nearby shores.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all four bedrooms, the kitchen, multiple living spaces, the game room, the dedicated office, the private pool and patio, the boat dock, and the two-car garage. Entry is seamless with a private entrance.
* **The pool can be heated upon request for $25/day. Please let us know upon booking or at least 2 days prior to your arrival so that we can prepare. Pool heating is invoiced separately and is not included in the nightly rate.

* For your security and peace of mind, please be aware that exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the perimeter. There are no cameras inside the home.
* There is currently construction underway on a house next door. There may be occasional daytime noise during standard working hours.
