We had an excellent stay. The house has practically everything needed for a vacation, and the owner, Michael, assisted us whenever we needed. It is very centrally located, close to restaurants and also to the beach.

I designed this home to reflect what I personally love about Florida living: comfort, relaxation, and being connected to the outdoors. Whether you’re here to unwind by the pool, explore the river, or walk into downtown for live music and great food, my goal is for you to feel like you’re staying in a place that’s been thoughtfully cared for by someone who truly appreciates the lifestyle. At the same time, you can walk to downtown Bonita Springs for restaurants, shops, and live music, which gives the area a fun, local energy. There’s also a park directly across the street, making it feel open, peaceful, and connected to nature. It’s rare to find a spot that blends waterfront living, outdoor activities, and a walkable downtown lifestyle so perfectly.
