Plenty of space for kids downstairs. Love the welcome basket and bouquet of flowers. Our adult children enjoyed the coffee and accompaniments. It was nice to be able to fix breakfast food to be enjoyed by the whole family.

All around great experience. From booking to staying to checkout it was all wonderful. Julie was amazing at communicating with us right away. Would recommend a stay here to anyone and we hope to stay again in the future!

First impressions, we all said, "Wow!" as we stepped inside the building. It was a fun venue to stay in, truly a well renovated barn with character in a beautiful open field. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Spacious areas to mingle in. Julie was an especially wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home - it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was warm, clean, and welcoming, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Easter, with plenty of room to gather and make special memories. Julie was great to work with and made sure everything was set and ready to go. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This property was a great place to stay! Spacious kitchen and dining area! The walkout full basement was a great place to gather. Beautiful views of sunsets from the deck and numerous wildlife views! This property was unique with the barn style house, but all the modern amenities you would want! Julie was great with communication and check-in and out was easy. Located just outside of town with easy access to local dining and groceries. I would recommend this for any family looking for a rural getaway or any group hosting a retreat!

This is a beautiful place. Not far from Lincoln and has plenty of room for a large family. The host was extremely responsive and it was very peaceful.

It was an amazing home for my family. Close to Concordia. Ample room for my large family. Beautiful property. Owner was quick to reply and was very friendly.

Excellent stay! Best VRBO ever! Just wow! Our family flew in from all over the country for our mom’s celebration of life. We needed a place for a couple families to stay but where all of us could gather together to swap stories and just hang out comfortably together over multiple days. This place was honestly PERFECT! Super spacious, spotless, well appointed, unique inside and out! Kids loved it, too. Kudos to our hosts for going above and beyond. We mentioned to them that we were bringing a handicapped toddler who uses a wheelchair and were delighted to see they had installed a ramp at the front entrance to accommodate us. Wow! If you like bird watching be sure to load the Merlin app onto your phone and watch the sunrise from the side porch. The listening part of the app identified 26 different birds while we enjoyed our morning coffee. Such a peaceful and uplifting weekend.
