While having a car is recommended, it's not necessary at Surfer Rosa. Our home is ideally located just a couple of minutes' walk or a quick golf cart ride from the pristine beaches of Seagrove, as well as shopping centers, dining spots, and local attractions. With six complimentary beach cruiser bikes and a street-legal 6-seater golf cart, getting around is effortless and fun. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the renowned Emerald Coast beaches or exploring the scenic trails of Point Washington State Forest, both are just moments from your front door. Nestled among peaceful nature preserves and conveniently close to Seagrove Beach, Seaside, and the famous 30A, Surfer Rosa offers access to a 20-mile stretch of stunning coastline, featuring charming beachside villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants, and over 25,000 acres of protected habitats. Age Requirement
Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Beach Access
South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A.
Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms.

Private Pool:
Surfer Rosa 's private pool will be heated for $50/night.
Please request this service at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance to ensure the pool reaches its optimal temperature.
The pool will be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather.

Important Things to Know

No pets
Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.
**No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.
**Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance. This specific home indeed has exterior security cameras.
Golf Cart:
A 6-seater golf cart will be added to every reservation (discounted price of $525.00 weekly). This is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor and requires a rental policy to be signed between the Guest and Wilder Carts 30A LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or Dream Destinations 30A Luxury Rentals LLC.
