I can't say enough good things about our stay at The Netherland R5B! Giulio was a top shelf host with outstanding communication. The apartment is nicely appointed with everything you could need. We were in town to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday and they made sure to start it off right... a lovely bouquet of flowers, some balloons, and a bottle of wine. We have stayed at several places along South Beach over the years and this trip sealed the deal... we have found our home away from home. Close to everything but with all the comforts of home. The pulse of SoBe beating right outside the door, but inside we enjoyed quiet nights of restful sleep. Comfy beds, relaxing showers with great water pressure, beautiful balcony to watch the beach come to life while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning... it was divine. A huge bonus to have a secure parking spot. I HIGHLY recommend a stay in this luxurious unit at The Netherland! Thanks again to Giulio and his team for helping me coordinate what my hubby assures me was the best surprise he's ever had! You guys were incredible! See you again!

Ocean view from the couch

My friends and I really enjoyed this condo. The check in process was very easy and the apartment was spacious and quiet with a beautiful view. The location was walkable to most everything we wanted to do and we would definitely stay again.

Nice house. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Kitchenware is in good condition. Designated parking is very easy and you can get to the house under 60 seconds. Building has a door that opens to Ocean Drive and it is very practical to go swimming or walking. When we need help, team was responding fast and trying to resolve it the best way they can. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful view and amazing condo!!!

We stayed for a week over memorial day weekend and it was fantastic. The location of the condo and the view from every room was impeccable. There was also seamless communication with Giulio and Georgina that made checking in and out super easy. Everything was perfect and lead to a very relaxing vacation. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to Miami.

Wonderful condo

This was an excellent condo with amazing views of the park and ocean. Many things are included so you don't have to bring so much with you. There were beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, golf clubs, plenty of dishes and pots and pans, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, shampoos and soaps. They really seem to put a lot of thought and effort into making sure you have a great stay. I would love to return.

Spring Break at Miami Beach

As a first-time VRBO user, I approached the experience with a healthy dose of skepticism, but I was pleasantly surprised. The property boasted a fantastic location, with convenience at its core, and the reality of the place matched the advertisement to a tee. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the stay comfortable and worry-free. The host thoughtfully provided every imaginable amenity, from beach chairs to boogie boards, ensuring a fun and hassle-free beach outing. We had great views of the ocean from our couch as well as our deck. This VRBO stay was a delightful discovery, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a stress-free and enjoyable holiday experience.

Gorgeous apartment; wonderful host

The unit host and caretaker were both super welcoming. Communication was instantaneous and always helpful. The apartment is gorgeously decorated, directly overlooks South beach and has wonderful sea views. It’s perfectly sound proofed and almost impossible to hear any of the street noise. Blackout curtains, espresso machine, luggage stands, etc. All the little details are well thought through. Highly recommended; would gladly return

SoBe So Good

South Beach is a hopping place and Ocean Drive is no exception. However, auto traffic is blocked in front of this property so you do not have the cars to contend with. Right across from the apartment is Lummus Park, and the ocean just beyond the park. We swam in the not too crowded beach. Cafes line Ocean Drive. The apartment looks just like the pictures. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was perfect for our needs (we basically cooked our breakfasts here). My favorite space is the porch looking out over the beehive of SoBe to the beautiful blue ocean. Loved the ever-changing light. Ended every day there with a beverage. Macchialina Rustic Tavern at 8th and Alton was excellent Italian; go to Joe's Stone Crab if you've got a wheelbarrow full of money; and really loved Tam Tam Vietnamese over near Brickell. Toni's is great for a close by and affordable Japanese. No shortage of good restaurants. We also took the Original Coopertown Airboat ride in the everglades. A bit touristy but fun. Management is very easy to work with and Georgina made checking in a breeze. There's a reason this place gets such good reviews. You won't be disappointed!

Great stay in South Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Apartment is situated in a beautiful historical building with the views of the ocean and Lummus park, you can't ask for a better location. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, couple of stores with basics walking distance away. Great communication from the host Giulio. We would love to come back!

Amazing view and location!

The building itself was built in 1936 but you would never know by the looks of this fully updated and furnished condo. The entire process was exceptional, and the unit far exceeded our expectations. You will not find a more caring and courteous owner and team. This is a very spacious condo and was perfect for our family. Teenagers can be hard to please and they loved the stay, the hurricane windows provided the soundproof sleep they needed and the views of the ocean from every room and excellent location so that you can walk to anything you may need or want was incredible. The attention to detail and conveniences are outstanding. It is stocked with everything you will need, including many upgraded amenities such as a BaByliss pro hair dryer, multiple of each size and type of pot and pan, as well as numerous coffee and tea appliances. ( all of which had the appropriate cups and pods, including Nespresso) The street directly in front of the building is blocked off to cars so crossing over to the park and beach is very easy, there were beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided in the condo but there is also a beach rental location right there on the beach as well. We chose this route as it was nice to just walk over hands free, I do not remember the exact price for the beach service... but not enough for me to remember. We will absolutely book this again whenever we visit Miami. 10/10 recommend!

Just Perfect!

I can’t say enough great things about Giulio’s apartment. It was so perfect for us. We are a couple travelling with our almost 2 year old daughter. This condo was like a home away from home. Location can’t get any better, close to restaurants, shopping and across the street from the beach. Amenities were perfect, kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, beach chairs, umbrella. Literally everything you could possibly want to make your vacation perfect. Communication with the host was perfect, everything was spotless. We have stayed in South Beach several times before but this will be our new go to place, we already can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful time during out stay. The condo is beautifully located with an exceptional view. Everything was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a perfect setting for our family of four. We highly recommend Giulio's condo! 5 stars all the way around!

This place is fantastic!

This place is really good! It is spotless. It has everything you need. Kitchen is complete if you need to cook. Even though you are in front of the beach with a lot of restaurants around the place is still quite, you don’t hear much from outside. The host allowed my checki-in earlier because my flight arrived pretty early. Georgina also is a pretty good person. Thank you guys! I totally recommend this place.

Amazing condo

We stayed for a week during spring break and had a great time! The condo is clean, well stocked, and in a perfect location. Guilio and Georgina are great, Georgina even helped a bit with the kids and they loved her. You are in the middle of everything, but the condo is still quiet and peaceful. My kids loved being able to walk everywhere, including the beach right across the street. Would definitely be back!

Awesome!

This listing was better than represented online. This is a perfect location. It was close enough to the busy part of South Beach if you are looking to be in the middle of all the action yet just enough distance when you want a little peace and quiet. The covered porch, facing the park and beach, is a perfect location to watch the activity on Ocean Drive in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked but why cook when you can walk to a number of amazing restaurants! Bed was comfy and the condo was high enough that the noise from the street was not a factor. Black-out curtains meant that sleeping in was not a problem for this east facing condo. Gulio, thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful condo. Would definitely stay again!
