Also Chain of Lakes for amazing boat rides or jet skiing! Our home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for families, couples, and groups looking for a memorable vacation. Come experience Riverwood! Don’t touch cameras, for safety. If any additional guest come more then stated on booking, will have to inform us and pay fee per person per night.
Events have to be approved by us and fee. Don’t touch any latches with code or any door with keypad. After 10pm music down or cops will shut it down.
Check out 10am, unless paid late check out fee. Cleaning will be there please don’t make them wait. After 10am we will charge fee making us wait.

The house was squeaky clean! It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable as well. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It was pet friendly and our doggie thanks you!The kitchen was minimally equipped. We didn’t cook so we managed. The first impression was not very good. The lawn wasn’t maintained and desperately needed to be cut, trimmed, weeded and cleaned up. The hot tub didn’t work.We were looking forward to getting into it after a long drive from central Georgia. Overall we would give it a 3 out of 5 star rating.

Host was inattentive and extremely slow to respond. When the host did respond they were dismissive and unhelpful. Issues with the listing include: Door code quit working - took almost 24 hours to resolve in spot of multiple attempts to reach out to host. The house accommodates up to 10 people…and we paid for 10 people however there were not enough pillows (only 8 but beds for 10); not enough silverware: not enough towels (host resolved; and only 3 coffee cups. There were dead ants on floor in bathroom upon arrival and hair in the shower; there was a panel of lights out in the downstairs bathroom. Also the oven didn’t work- the oven door was locked closed. Overall terrible experience. Would not recommend this listing.
