Guests will adore this ideal family beach home, brand new to our inventory and recently renovated. At 2734 Old Forest Drive, each of the five bedrooms is large and spacious, featuring big closets, brand new mattresses, high-end furnishings, smart TVs in each bedroom, new ceiling fans, and new blinds throughout.

• Bedroom One: King bed, ensuite bathroom with large shower, TV, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, first floor
• Bedroom Two: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, TV, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, first floor
• Bedroom Three: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, TV, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, upstairs
• Bedroom Four: Queen bed, TV, large closet, ceiling fan, upstairs
• Bedroom Five: Two twin beds, TV, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, upstairs
Guests enter the home through the southern front porch. Inside, a spacious living area offers brand new leather seating, a large smart TV, built-in bookcases, and a decorative fireplace, making it an inviting place to unwind after a day at the beach.
A large dining room with ample seating is perfect for family meals and game nights. The kitchen features new, high-end appliances and is well stocked with cookware and serveware. Seating includes three counter stools and an additional table with three stools.
Off the kitchen, a second gathering space offers another TV and comfortable seating, ideal for movie nights or watching sports. This room opens to a large back deck overlooking a peaceful lagoon framed by ancient live oaks. Outdoor seating and a grill make this an excellent spot for al fresco dining.
The primary suite and second ensuite bedroom are located on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, including a second ensuite, all thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation.
A large laundry room makes trips to and from the beach easy, and the garage is accessible for guest use. The home is spacious, clean, and uncluttered. Get your calendars ready, as available weeks will not last long.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & GATE PASSES: Seabrook Island is a gated, private island. Each vehicle requires a gate pass for entry.
• Gate pass fee: $45 per vehicle (1–179 nights)
• Gate pass information is due one week prior to arrival
• A driver's name is required for each pass
• Drivers may be asked to show a valid license at the gate
Once a vehicle has a pass, any licensed driver may operate that vehicle.
CHECK-IN: Self check-in is provided via keypad for your convenience. Our team is always available by phone or text should you need assistance.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This home is proudly managed by Sandpiper, a local, family-owned company. We are licensed, insured, and on-island. From booking through checkout, we remain available to ensure your stay is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
CLEANING: Cleanliness is a hallmark of every Sandpiper stay. Our housekeeping teams follow detailed cleaning protocols, and we are one of the few companies that launder all bedcoverings after every stay.
THE AREA: Enjoy uncrowded beaches, island trails, and outdoor recreation, with historic downtown Charleston just 21 miles away.
STORM POLICY: In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for Seabrook Island, all payments will be fully refunded. Travel interruptions outside South Carolina do not qualify for refunds. Travel insurance is strongly recommended during hurricane season.
