Welcome to Altitude Adjustment Park City a 2600 sq ft 4BR/3.5BA townhome in the quiet Pinebrook neighborhood — the perfect home base for your Park City getaway.

Just 5 minutes from shopping, dining, and Woodward Park City, and 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, you’ll love the convenience without the crowds. The bus route, grocery stores, and local restaurants are all within walking distance.

Unwind in the Great Room with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy fireplace, and smart TV. The chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, double ovens, and a large island — perfect for gathering. Dine indoors at the table for six or outdoors on the deck with mountain views.

After a day of adventure, relax in your private hot tub or watch a movie in the lower-level den.

We have a covered private 2 car garage that fits a large SUV. There is also a EV charger in the garage.

There is no street parking or driveway parking per HOA. There is a shuttle system near by called High Valley Transit. Pick up is within walking distance. Please download app for times and precise pick ups.

• No smoking, vaping, pets, parties, or events (strictly enforced by HOA)

• Parking: 2 vehicles in garage; limited guest spots available. No street parking, trailers, or RVs.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

Great stay

We had a fantastic time while staying at this beautiful home. Each family had their own space. The 3 levels were perfect for meeting up in the middle to eat and play cards.

Great location and clean

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The house was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was convenient and the grocery store and restaurants within walking distance was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Park City family vacation

Townhouse location was great for exploring the Salt Lake - Park City area of Utah. The house very nice inside and kitchen was filled with just about everything you could wish for on vacation. Had a problem with the garage door that was resolved within 2 days. Great vacation!

Very good rental in multiple ways

This is not only a great property but it also is in a great location - especially for a stay in the summer. There is a grocery store and 2 restaurants within walking distance which is really nice when you need to get something quickly. The home is very nice inside and has very comfortable furnishings and beds. Would highly recommend

Great Ski Weekend

We stayed here for my Bachelor party and Billy was very accommodating. The place is absolutely stunning and minutes from Canyons Village. The house had plenty of room for us and ever accommodation you would need! Thank you so much Billy!

Park City Weekend Lax Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a girls lacrosse tournament, our family of four plus the two of the grandparents came along. Plenty of room for all of us. Close walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again, would like to try ski season next time!

Perfect spot!

Our family of 6 adults completely enjoyed this property! It is very well designed with master on top floor, open gathering areas and bathroom on middle floor and 3 more bedrooms, 2 baths and separate sitting area on lower floor and hot tub! Walking distance to store and restaurants even in the snow. Easy access to Park City and ski slopes. Would definitely reserve again for a future visit!

Just what we needed

Group of 5 sisters and a niece booked because of proximity to another sister's home in Jeremy Ranch, but the place exceeded our expectations. Cooked in a lot and were impressed by the well supplied kitchen (though we couldn't find a rubber spatula to scrape out a jar). Great room was perfect for the sisters to chill in.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

We had a great stay at this property. There was plenty of space for our two families traveling together to spread out and the location was perfect to hit Deer Valley, SnowBasin, Snow Bird and the kids favorite right next door, Woodward. The property is light and bright with great views, comfy beds and well stocked throughout. A few of our guests wished there were TVs in each bedroom but everyone agreed the hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. It was also really nice to have two sets of washer/dryers for all of our ski gear.

Beautiful Home

This property is absolutely wonderful!! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s big yet cozy. Checking in was a breeze and upon entering we found a basket full of goodies the host had left for us. We thought that was a sweet touch. The house is very clean and comes with all the necessary amenities. I’m extremely picky about the cleanliness and give this place a 10! One bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom so it’s nice and private. The rest of the rooms are downstairs. We don’t have a single complaint about our stay. Location of the property is great! Walking distance from a market! Great neighborhood to take a walk around during the day. About a 20 minute drive from Park City. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us and allowing my family to make the most incredible memories.
