This Fountain Hills condo boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with king size beds each having a walk-in closet. There are no stairs and an attached garage allowing you to walk right into the kitchen area. This unit is in a great location with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Incredible views from every window and relaxing on the balcony. The condo community has a fitness room, movie room, a beautiful pool area and spa. The pool is heated which is nice for the winter months.
