Large southeast-facing windows bring in morning light and mountain views.

Cooks will love the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a Sub-Zero glass-door fridge, Café double oven, Bosch dishwasher, All-Clad cookware, Nespresso VertuoPlus, Oxo Brew, and a purified water system so you can skip hauling bottles. Share meals at the custom teak dining table for 8, with 4 more seats at the breakfast bar.



Thoughtful extras—like in-unit laundry, a custom boot and glove drying rack, and high-speed Wi-Fi with a Sonos sound system—keep your stay comfortable. Family-friendly touches include board games and children’s books and toys. When it’s time to unwind, head to the community hot tub and outdoor pool, and in summer use the grill at the pool area.

• Bathroom 1 – First floor, ensuite to Bedroom 1: Walk-in shower, heated floors, double vanity

• Bathroom 3 – Second floor, ensuite to Bedroom 3: Soaking tub plus shower, heated floors, double vanity



Important Things to Note

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles. Park in assigned spot #24 (covered garage) and one additional vehicle in any marked “Guest” space (first-come, first-served). Two parking hangtags are provided inside the condo—please display during your stay and return them before checkout.

• Stairs: This is a third-floor unit (two levels above the garage) and there is no elevator; stairs are required.

• Wi-Fi/cell service: Wi-Fi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pets: No pets per HOA rules.

• Communal amenities: Hot tub and outdoor pool are available; a grill is available in the community pool area in summer.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
