A quiet location and fairly close everything we needed. Having the pool heated would have been nice. The heat pump wasn’t working.

Sorry that the heat pump for the pool was not working due to the extreme cold. The pool heater is only 6 months old.

Robert was responsive, even when we couldn’t figure out how turn on the coffee pot! We enjoyed the quiet & safe neighborhood for walking, also near beaches and grocery stores. The lanai & pool were perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The home was clean and had most things we needed, but furnishings were old, quite dated and had run their race in the 1990s. I was a little disappointed at the cost vs. value, but then again, we booked last minute.

This is a tough one..I have mixed feelings. The good: A very quiet neighborhood in a great location close to beaches and attractions. The host was responsive and available. Earn out of propane for the grill and there was a new tank at our door in minutes which was most appreciated. The house is clean and everything worked but the house does need some updating. The pool was heated and we enjoyed swimming but there are many tiles broken or missing. Personally, I think the price point is a bit high for what the house is compared to other VRBO we have rented. It’s not awful and with just a little work this could be a 5 star rental.
