The kitchen table seats 8 and is a perfect spot for memorable meals and game night. Adjacent is a formal dining area seating eight, perfect for shared dinners and lively conversation. This kitchen is undergoing extensive upgrades in 2026 and will transform into a chef's kitchen.
• Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements With two spacious primary suites, this home is especially well suited for two families traveling together, offering privacy and comfort for everyone.
• First Floor - Primary suite with a plush king bed. - Second bedroom with two twin beds, a sitting chair, and a ceiling fan.
• Second Floor - Third bedroom with a king bed and a crib. - Fourth bedroom with two twin beds. - Fifth bedroom with a twin bunk bed.
• Thoughtful Conveniences To make beach days effortless, the home includes two washer and dryer sets—one on the first floor near the kitchen and another upstairs—so sandy towels and swimsuits are never a hassle. Beach chairs and sand toys are available. Discounted bike rentals and discounted boat tours are also available.
• BEACH: 0.8 miles away. • CLUB AMENITIES: Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with your rental at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). Access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools, club dining, golf, and tennis is available with these cards. • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools and the outdoor pool at the Lake House is included. Please note that the private on-site saline pool has a strict maximum capacity of 12 people at any given time. • OVERNIGHT GUEST MAX CAPACITY: Maximum of 12 guests, including infants. • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles, both gas-powered and electric, are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the maximum limit of 4 passes. • CHILDREN: Children welcome. A crib is available on-site. • PET POLICY: No pets allowed. • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, two washers and dryers are located inside the property (one on the first floor and one upstairs). Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental, providing full family access to these private facilities. Guests also always have access to the uncrowded beaches and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night–179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. This property has a strict maximum limit of 4 vehicle passes. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as a vehicle and require their own pass.
• CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would want for our own vacation, we offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. • DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 of coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
