The space
This two-storey, 620 m² villa is thoughtfully designed with family comfort in mind, featuring an open-plan layout with generous living spaces, inviting outdoor areas, Australian-standard safety features including a glass pool fence and glass balustrade staircase, and high-quality furniture and materials throughout to ensure everyday functionality.

Three spacious bedrooms of up to 50 m², all with private en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature super king-sized beds (200 × 200 cm), while Bedroom 3 has two custom bunk beds with single upper and king-sized lower beds. All beds are fitted with premium Lady Americana Sovereign mattresses, waterproof mattress protectors, King Koil 400-thread-count cotton linen sheets, goose down pillows, and duvets for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom includes a smart TV with access to subscription channels, and Bedroom 3 also has an additional TV with a PlayStation 4. Walk-in wardrobes, along with bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers, feature in all rooms, with extra in-room safety boxes for Bedrooms 1 and 2.

The open-plan living room offers generous seating for the whole family, featuring a large flat-screen smart TV with access to subscription channels and entertainment services, a portable Sonos speaker for high-quality sound throughout the space, and flyscreens for added comfort and ventilation, with a convenient powder room nearby.
