Our stay was great. Everything we needed was available. This was my first time staying in a rental everything went smooth, from getting it set up, finding the house, easy access to the house. Very comfortable, and everthing was easily available to get to. The host was very pleasant to work with. Would love to stay again in the future

The property was in a quiet neighborhood. There were issues with a non-stop running toilet, a broken towel rack in the bathroom and the curtains that did not work properly. The price was reasonable for what was presented. The landlord was responsive to our questions. Because we did not stay there for a very long time I did not report the items mentioned above during our stay because we didn't want works coming over. They should have been addressed before we got there. Just an okay experience.

The perfect house for our family vacation! The beds were so so cozy and the kitchen had lots of dishes to use. AC worked great. The race car bed was a hit with the kids hahah. Location is close to a ton of restaurants/stores and not far from the beach. Although the listing said it was closer to the beach than it actually was (maybe due to spring break traffic?) overall would definitely stay here again

Plenty of Hot water.We stay with VRBO 90% of the time working on the road, and the lack of hot water is a constant shortfall.

Gloriana, this was a very comfortable and convenient location. We especially loved the porch and pleasant yard. This may be a one off as we see the other reviews mentioned the cleanliness, however, the 2 bathrooms had issues. Maybe the cleaners had a bad day, but the master bathroom sink and counter had not been cleaned from the last tenants. Toothpast spatters and sticky stuff were on the sink and counters and mirror. Unappetizing. The 2nd bathroom sink is completely stopped up and unusable. All else was fine, and we appreciated the spaciousness and pleasant yard.

PHOTOS MUST BE OLD We came home earlier than as scheduled. The cleaners and maintenance people need to be fired IF there are any. It was bad! Very very dirty! And the lawn is getting so long with weeds it could attract rodents. The second bedroom did not have any sheets on the bed despite communication with the host to mention 2 girls were staying. There were sheets (not sure if clean or dirty) on top of the washing machine along with cleaning supplies scattered in the laundry room. The bathrooms were so bad I never used the shower. Soap scum in the soap dish, dirty sinks, dirty mirrors. Also the master bath toilet runs all the time and there is a broken towel rack on the wall. The master bedroom fan would not work without the light on. Curtains are broken in the main living area. The back lanai was terrible with dirt and bugs all over the floor. There were dead bugs all over the front porch as well. The kitchen sink had old small bits of food in it. I stay in VRBO homes at least 3 or 4 times a year for the past 5 years and this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I am a highly rated tenant with VRBO. We almost checked into a hotel but just decided to come home a day early instead. I requested reimbursed for at least one night if not both nights however the host never got back. I have never had to ask before but, also, have never felt compelled to ask for a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We are sorry to hear the guest felt dissatisfied with their stay. However, many of the statements in this review do not align with the documented condition of the property at check-in and check-out. The home was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to arrival, and we maintain time-stamped photos/videos from immediately before check-in showing the property in clean condition. In addition, exterior security camera activity showed normal use of the property throughout the stay, including use of the home and amenities. The guest did not report the majority of these concerns during the stay in a way that would allow us the opportunity to promptly address or remedy them. Despite claiming the conditions were unbearable, the guests continued occupying and using the property until near checkout and later requested a refund for multiple nights. We take cleanliness and guest experience seriously and always encourage guests to contact us immediately if an issue arises so we can resolve it in real time. We stand behind the condition of our property and the accuracy of our listing photos and description.
