You'll love this remodeled 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceiling and a screened in patio on waterfront. Master Bedroom has a King Bed (new 21). Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed (new 21). Living Room has a Hide-A-Bed (gel queen XL, new 22) so unit sleeps a max. 6. full washer and dryer, New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops (new 22). All new Kitchen appliances, +espresso and Kuerig . Also new in 21, entire unit painted, new Bedroom,Dining Room furniture and New Bathroom Vanities. The Shorewalk Resort features a Clubhouse, two Heated Large Pools (always 86 F) , two Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball, Ping-pong, Shuffleboard, Basketball, Playground, Grills, etc. Located one block off of Cortez which is a straight shot out to Anna Maria Island beaches (6 mi/ 10min). Also, very close to IMG academy (1.6 mi.) as well as short walking distant to Aldi's, Publix Groceries, Applebees (0.3 mi.).

Excellent condo - all the amenities - close to everything!

This condo was perfect for our five family members (2 parents, 3 kids). Hosts were friendly and gave us everything we needed to know--painless access/check-in procedure. Everything we needed was in the condo. The 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts were all used by us. Short 20 minute drive to excellent beaches and nearby restaurants and shopping was a big plus. This is definitely on our "stay here again" list!

Very pleasant stay

The accommodations were very comfortable. Unit was close to heated pool/tennis/pickleball courts and clubhouse. Owners were very responsive to a couple of issues that came up and took care of them in a very timely manner. This is a 2nd floor unit, so had to navigate stairs. But we knew this going in. Also close to beaches, Anna Maria Island and shopping was very convenient. Unit was well equipped for kitchen and bedding/towels, etc. Also, Unit was very quiet.

This location was beautiful and well maintained!! Had absolutely all the amenities that we needed as a family. Close to restaurants and quick drive to the beach!

Shorewalk

The decor and furnishings were comfortable and up to date. Lanai was great overlooking the pond where there are many ducks to watch. Loved the separation of the guest room from the Master suite. Could not hear any noise from the other condos. Looking forward to staying here again next year!!! Also the owners were great at keeping in touch if we had any questions

Location Location Location

Near everything, 4 minutes to IMG, 20 min to the beach, 20 min from the airport, restaurants and shopping all around. The owners John & Sharon are very helpful and truly want your stay to be memorable and pleasant. Very communicative. We will stay here again!

Shorewalk updated Condo

This condo made for a very enjoyable stay!! Everything has been remodeled from the kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We really enjoyed the Ninja coffee machine. The bathrooms have also been updated. There are very comfortable new patio furnishings on the lanai with a ceiling fan. Please note there are 15 steps to the entry but they were not too difficult to navigate and we are in our 70’s.

We loved the accommodations!! Location was Excellent!! The owners were very prompt in booking, checking in and inquiring about the stay after...The resort amenities were spot on, clean and very friendly guest services!! Great place - google map issues

Great place- clean and comfortable. Google maps shows the property about a block away. Once we figured that out everything went smoothly. Good communication with the owner- quite neighborhood- great location

My sister and I drive over to Bradenton twice a year for a mini vacay. Mr. Hartman was an excellent host and the condo was very nice. We will try to book it again in May
