You'll love this remodeled 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceiling and a screened in patio on waterfront. Master Bedroom has a King Bed (new 21). Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed (new 21). Living Room has a Hide-A-Bed (gel queen XL, new 22) so unit sleeps a max. 6. full washer and dryer, New Kitchen Cabinets and Granite Countertops (new 22). All new Kitchen appliances, +espresso and Kuerig . Also new in 21, entire unit painted, new Bedroom,Dining Room furniture and New Bathroom Vanities. The Shorewalk Resort features a Clubhouse, two Heated Large Pools (always 86 F) , two Hot Tubs, Tennis, Pickleball, Ping-pong, Shuffleboard, Basketball, Playground, Grills, etc. Located one block off of Cortez which is a straight shot out to Anna Maria Island beaches (6 mi/ 10min). Also, very close to IMG academy (1.6 mi.) as well as short walking distant to Aldi's, Publix Groceries, Applebees (0.3 mi.).

The property was very clean with the exception of one of the bathrooms where there was a ball of hair left in the shower -- note, it would have been easy to miss so I understood. The beds were really comfortable which is a huge thing for us. One recommendation is to post that it is an upstairs unit as I was not prepared to haul my 50 lb suitcase up a flight of stairs at check in. I also suggest that the lock be replaced as the battery died while I was there making it difficult to get in one night and impossible to leave and lock the door the next day. Replacement batteries arrived quickly - amazing response by the team - but it was a known issue so they need to proactively address this before a guest gets locked out.

PERFECT! Condo was exactly as described. The condo was in a very nice safe area and very close to IMG Academy, beaches, restaurants and shopping. The pools and hot tubs were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo - all the amenities - close to everything!

This condo was perfect for our five family members (2 parents, 3 kids). Hosts were friendly and gave us everything we needed to know--painless access/check-in procedure. Everything we needed was in the condo. The 2 pools, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts were all used by us. Short 20 minute drive to excellent beaches and nearby restaurants and shopping was a big plus. This is definitely on our "stay here again" list!

Amazing location

The condo was well-kept & located close to the pools & other activities for the kids to do. Location was close to the beaches & there were plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & hope to go back soon.
